1. Our body relaxes but our consciousness expands
When we meditate our body relaxes but our mind remains alert. Our consciousness expands and we become aware of all the negative programs in the subconscious holding us back. Then we can replace those negative programs with new positive ones by the beneficial effect of meditation.

2. Our mind comes to the present
Meditation liberates our mind from regrets about the past and worries about the future and brings our mind to the here and now. Then even mundane everyday activities turn into a source of joy.

Meditation helps us focus on particular thing developing the basic and the greatest strength of mind: Our Attention. It is only the positive effect of meditation that can make the person concentrate on anything for longer hours.

4. Better use of Brain
Brain: the most complex, mysterious yet most important part of our existence. It was the brain that conceived the idea to create a weapon from stones and invented spaceship to tour galaxies. It is the brain that made every single possibility and going to turn every imagination into reality to make our lives better. It was the brain that helped us evolve from savages to a healthy civilization. And Meditation makes it easier for us to use the brain proper and more efficiently.

5. We connect to our field of pure potentialities
Meditation helps us connect with our inner selves, our field of pure potentialities. When we connect with our inner selves, we experience universal truths.
